About Ben Weber

Hi, I’m Ben Weber, a dedicated IT specialist, network engineer, and founder of a growing Managed Service Provider based in Northeast Ohio. I’m currently a student at MCCTC in the Networking & Cybersecurity program, where I’ve earned my CompTIA A+ certification and gained hands-on experience working directly in the school’s technology department.

Even as a student-run operation, my MSP delivers real industry-level capability. I’m ranked among the top network engineers in the region through the BPA Ohio competition, and I apply those skills daily while supporting production environments and real-world clients.

My work spans hardware and software support, network design, cybersecurity best practices, virtualization, server deployment, and general IT management. I’ve built extensive home labs, deployed Windows Server and Linux environments, and helped clients with everything from quick troubleshooting to full infrastructure setups. Recently, I landed a client in Lisbon, Ohio, where competitive IT services are limited—allowing me to provide dependable support where it’s needed most.

I started this business because I believe quality IT services should be accessible, honest, and effective. My mission is to help small businesses stay secure, efficient, and connected—whether that means resolving issues quickly, building reliable networks, or planning long-term technology improvements.

Outside of client work, I focus heavily on expanding my knowledge—studying for CompTIA Network+ and Security+, improving my home lab, and staying up to date with modern technologies. My goal is simple: bring enterprise-level knowledge to everyday businesses through hands-on dedication and a commitment to doing the job right.
